We understand that in certain circumstances, your brewery tour will need to be canceled or postponed. As transportation, food and all other elements of your trip need to be coordinated ahead of time, we must adhere by this cancellation policy:
For Our Public Tours:
:: Cancellations that are 15 days or more from the date of scheduled tour: The full amount of your ticket will be returned. Note: We can not refund the processing fee.
:: Cancellations within 14 days of tour date: The amount of your ticket will be returned minus a $30 handling fee per person.
:: Cancellations within 72 hours of tour start time: The full amount of your ticket is nonrefundable.
Please email us at info@breweryadventures.com to obtain a refund. Timestamp on email will determine the date of cancellation.
For Our Private Tours:
:: Cancellations that are 31 days or more from the date of scheduled tour: The deposit will be refunded minus the processing fee and a $150 cancellation fee will also be charged.
:: Cancellations within 30 days of tour date: The deposit of your private party will be returned minus a $30 handling fee per person. If that amount is greater than your deposit, the entire deposit will just be kept.
:: Cancellations within 14 days of tour date: The entire deposit is nonrefundable. Plus, you will be assesed a $150 handling fee if a trip is canceled within 14 days of the tour start time.
Private Tour No Shows: If you have no shows on your private party, you will still be held accountable for them. Please understand we have to contract out our transportation and order food in advance.
Full payment of your private party brewery tour is due one (1) week prior to the tour start time. The private party deposit is due upon initial reservation.
Credit Card Hold Notice: A credit card is needed to reserve a private party. If you are holding an entire party with your credit card, and a guest does not give 14 days cancellation notice, your credit card will be charged.
Brewery Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a tour. If Brewery Adventures is unable to provide you with another tour that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. Brewery Adventures is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a canceled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
